Valid XHTML

I just read that Digg might drop support for IE6 on Techrunch. This made me think about how much invalid xhtml there is around. Just try adding a YouTube video to your blog or an Amazon widget to your affiliate web page. Do you get valid XHTML? No way! Why can’t these big names provide us with usable valid code? We should not have to be in the business of modifying code from Amazon and YouTube.
